Peg people don't have faces nor are assigned a gender allowing for children to develop their stories and determine what each character is on their own.

All Grapat toys are manufactured according to the stringent European toy safety directive EN-71.

Note: Due to the natural finishes, some toys might have a strong aroma upon opening which will dissipate after a few days.

About Joguines Grapat: Joguines Grapat is a small, family run workshop in the Catalonia region of Spain, producing rainbow-colored toys in wood that adhere to strict European safety procedures. Using mostly beech and birch wood from sustainable forests, all Grapats toys are finished with water-based, non-toxic dyes and vegetable oils.

SHIPPING & RETURN

Returns Policy

You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kidsfilehaven.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
