Returns Policy

You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Standard Delivery time 7-15 working days Expedited Delivery time 3-7 working days

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.To track your oder, you can contact us at info@kidsfilehaven.com.
