Although we don't usually choose plastic at Bella Luna Toys, these sand toys will be the only ones you ever need to buy because of their durability and strength thus eliminating toys that end up in the landfill. Spielstabil is a one hundred year old company that manufactures their products without harmful chemicals such as BPA, phthalates, and lead, ensuring that children can play with them safely.

With rounded edges and strong handles that are designed for children’s hands, you will really notice the difference of having these quality toys in your hands while sharing precious play time at the beach or in the snow. 

Spielstabil products are made from colorfast and food-grade ABS plastic and are suitable for ages 18 months and up.

SHIPPING & RETURN

Returns Policy

You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kidsfilehaven.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
